A Grimling Elite Guard droped the oders again last night in the "Stage" area of AC. Keichiim (a fellow poster below) gives a quest for it, however I feel there is still something more to it, seems like there should be at least. Yet no one on the Bistlebane server in PoK had a clue. Good Luck =\

After the Grimling war has been completed a NPC named Lietenant Venris spawns near TM. Hailing him and following his dialogue will get you a 2 slot container. He asks you to retrieve orders from the deep in grimling. I combined the Elite and Death guard orders and handed in the result to him. He gave me 150pp and said the following:
"Hmm. ..these orders only seem to confuse things. They say that any of the 'lesser kin' should be slain on sight. Apparently none of the Grimlings from the forest are even allowed into the caverns without some right of passage. Odd. This changes our picture of the horde. Ah Well."
Quest result: 150pp, +faction with VahShir Crusaders.

The zone in mobs are a little harder then the rest of the mobs near the entrance. They drop these notes but I have yet to figure out the quest. As far as I can tell there are 3 notes that drop.

Yeah I looted Elite, Death and Elder Guard's orders. Couldn't find any relevant quest in Katta =/
I suspect that they are, or were, intended to be used in one of the ring events in Acrylia Caverns, some of which have been removed (Ring of Fire). The zone, especially Inner Acrylia, has a very unfinished feel to it, and these things are part of it. That's my 2c worth, at least.
