yeah i got this and while it's in inv i have a taru view. when i third person i was a crab. want through many zones with people expaming me. was able to open door and play normal game play put it my safe was old galka self.

IS this item used in a quest or is it simply a CHA buff? anyone know?
While in small group near the old windmill of LOIO, no one was looting and I came across this little doll. Every bit of CHA helps.

I picked up one of these after soloing a witch doctor at lvl 16.
Is this item quest related since it is no drop and lore? If so who do I give it to?

I question the level to attain on this one... I have had one since I soloed a witch doctor at 15th level

Are a monk's hand attacks diminshed by holding something in the secondary melee slot...such as the witch doll (dropped by a goblin witch doctor [fantastic design, btw] in Warsliks Woods)?

After testing this idea, it appears that dual wield skill may be nullified, when holding something. I gained no DW skill levels while holding item thru two levels of growth, although as soon as I put it away, I had immediate DW skill growth during subsequent combat.
