There were two items with this name.. the chain version has since been changed to "Intricate scale bracer" to avoid further confusion...

This drops off a deadly siren in the well, on the back side of SG.. We took a group down there and kill for a bit. Had alot of fun. Also got a very nice earring that drops off an alluring siren also in the well..
