I have not found any use for these wings either... they seem to be merely vendor fodder. The mobs who drop them are VERY easy exp though... great place for your group to do some AA grinds without having any major problems. Stormriders are easy to single pull, and die rapidly to any average lvl 62+ group, especially if you have caster DPS or maybe some pets.
Just avoid the nearby gargoyle statues... if you are not familiar with them, they are actually guards and will aggro if they see you... and they can be a hand full if you are not ready for them. Otherwise, a very easy camp, you just need to run around a bit to hit all the spawns.

anyone have any info on these? do they sell to vendors? are they for a new tradeskill? ( there wasnt one listed when i made this post, maybe there still isnt) they for a quest? ( also not listed) any info is helpful =) thanks
Vendor gives you 9pp, 5gp, 2sp, 4cp per wing, don't know of any other use for them.
