For a beastlord these are great. We arent supposed to get hit anyway. So an extra point of regen and some HP.Mana, ans wis these are absolutely great for beastlords.

Posted: Aug 30 2003 at 3:34 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) This is a cool enough toy but for practical uses I doubt people would wear it. Too low AC for if your actually getting hit and if you arn't getting hit why do you want Regeneration 1? Oh well, still a fun toy.

Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but as a Beastlord, a quick search using Alla's powerful search engine reveals that there are only 6 droppable BL gloves with higher AC. One of those drops from Cazic Thule or the 3 golems in Fear. Another drops from Zlandicar. Another is quested in the zone, Cazic Thule. The remaining 3 are PoP crafted from PoStorms, PoFire, and PoWater respectively. Storm Rider gloves might be available to the Everyman beastlord, but the other 5 are going to be pretty hard to come by. Even the Storm Rider gloves will be vaguely pricey. So, yes, it has a relatively low AC, but for a Beastlord that often solos or duos with a Shaman, I wouldn't mind these at all. I frequently back out of combat and let my pet tank for a while. Any additional regen helps.
