You can still use the door leading to the North Wing to put the Hand of Glory on your keyring. At the moment that is still a locked door in the zone, at least while it's a hotzone.
The locked North Wing entrance door is the first door you encounter when heading north from the zone-in landing spot.
[Mon Aug 08 21:11:22 2011] Hand of Glory has been added to your key ring.
(The "temporary" key to open that locked door is the Tallow-marked Candle that sometimes drops from the 2 roamers around the zone-in spot.)

Must combine in the glove container and then go to North Door to get it dropped into keyring.
The item still stays in your inventory, you can now see the key from '/key' command.

Now that all of the interior doors are unlocked (they were still locked when the zone entrance was originally unlocked), it is no longer possible to add the Hand of Glory to your key ring.

FYI - As of today (March 20, 2012 Torvo/FenRo/Cazic Server) some interior doors are locked and the Hand of Glory DOES go on your keyring AND opens all locked doors.

was looking to do this to facilitate my 2.0 actually got my 2.0 drop before finishing decided to finish anyways soloed fable drusella lowest got me with whole room agro was 65%(76sk 2.9kac 20kish hp some buffs faded by them time i made there) merc got down to 50% mana easy quest and encounter gl to the future sk's in getting the corroded bracer

Completed this quest using the 55 Rogue Goblin, buffed only with levitation by a guild member. The sneak and hide work wonderfully.
Note: Drusilla can see through the hide if you stand still too long.
Note: The part in Drusilla's room is behind the row of golems on the north side.
Note: Don't step on the goo, they can feel that and will attack you...or at least they did me.
It takes about 40 minutes to do this quest...really easy...although I did die twice learning how to do it successfully. If I were to do it again, I would not step on the goo and would run behind the row of golems on the north, snag the groundspawn and run straight through to the porter.

What does it say when viewed on your /keyring?
It says Hand of Glory.
Once you make it, it does NOT appear on the keyring - you must use it on a door for it to bind to the keyring.

is there any way you could work the faction up to get the items for this? or could you perhaps invis or use rouge sneaking to get them ??

I know it's a long time to wait for a response, but here goes. :) I don't believe that there's a way to raise your faction enough to be able to just walk around. Caster invisibility may not work, as there's a steady mixture of dead and living mobs in this zone wandering around. It is possible and quite easy for a rogue with a lockpick set to easily wander around sneak/hidden and procure three parts on your behalf. The Blood Encrusted Glove is no drop, so you do have to get it yourself.
Any rogues that happen upon this, I do highly suggest getting the Hand of Glory, even though you have a lockpick set. It can save you a lot of hassle later if you die and would rather avoid summoning your corpse (for example, if you're grouped in Howling Stones).

I shrouded to a 70 goblin rogue got a soe and went after these bits, a mortiferous golem spotted me in the east wing though. Just an FYI.
I was doing real well so i got cocky and stopped con'ing everything.

fyi, once you have this key (or lockpicking rogue), you can lev at the entrance room, move to the firepots to north or south wing, and run (looking up) to the east wing door. It took me a couple times to get the hang of it, so be prepaired to kill all the stuff from below.
The East Wing door isn't locked, so you could do this anyway. Still, it's good advice for getting in there - especially about not making it to the other side, LOL!

Not locked, easiest way is to go to the west wing, face up and torwards east wing at like a 45 degree angle, and run... should make it every time
It wasn't locked before the new revamp and new key, this was the way to get into East wing for DS without a rogue for south or getting all the no rent keys.
I haven't tested if it is locked since all my chars are keyed with Hand of Glory already.

Dismembered Finger: Ground spawn at +331, +207 in north room in room right before Crypt Keeper room.
Dismembered Thumb: Ground spawn at -143, +623 in west wing in hall before Skeletal Procurator room.
Blood Encrusted Glove: Ground spawn at +313, -567 in Drusella's room
Mutilated Forearm: Ground spawn at -567, +152 in the south wing behind a locked door.

How do the bits combine? Just by having all four pieces?
The glove is the combiner.

Arm - South Wing
And I'm assuming the glove has been moved to East Wing. Had to call it a day cause the shammie needed to leave. 65 RNG 64 DRU 62 SHM took the new zone pretty easily. Goes from green in north to dark blue in south and upwards of 200dmg/hit in south. Hopefully they can do some more with the zone, just an out of the way xp/loot place for now... so few new characters even bother getting keyed for this zone.
Took us 3 hours from start till access to south wing, had to wait for keyholders to spawn, kept getting PH's.
