I did some searching and it was used to make -Soul of the Incorporeal- alchemy potion.

This is also foraged in Maiden's Eye. I still don't have a clue what it's used for. :(
How about Fletching

As a fletcher... wouldn't you think a feather would be a key component? (hint hint EQ)

OK, I found out which recipe these are used in, and it's one of the silly Alchemy recipes: Soul of the Incorporeal, the resulting effect being "See Invisible". About as pointless as the feathers themselves.

As of Prophecy of Ro, many of the old alchemy recipes were removed and/or replaced. Soul of the Incorporeal was replaced and is no longer a valid recipe.

Actually, no, you're being all provincial.

That potion is a life saver on a red server. A PvP server, in other words.

This is like how people will have hysterics because someone posts that they bought some no drop item...without it occurring to their tiny minds that the guy probably plays on Firiona Vie, where almost all items are droppable.

I find a lot of these on Luclin and mostly in Dawnshroud.
