Been running around Halas lately, fixing some factions that I wrecked once upon a time. Did this quest, got the dagger. Item info makes it sound like it should be a progression server only item. Dagger also has no dmg so it probably doesn't hit for much! Screenshot uploaded. Very odd.

When and Why did this thing change to a 1HS weapon? Logged on to my long neglected baby rogue last night and noticed that.

Hmm.. Yeah, if I were a noob, non twinked, I would take a rusty over a magic wep with stats.

Umm but are thhose 1-2 points in stats worth it compared to the really crappy DPS? i have slowly stopped being a stat hound and went for DPS ratio and i survive alot more fights now that when i had slow weapons that had good stats.

Rusty daggers have 3/21 also. I think that was the guy's point above.
