Still named Burning Totem Hilt. Just got it off Culthor.

Just helped guild rogue kill Culthor the Gatekeeper for epic 1.5 piece, and the Burning Totem Hilt was on him.

Anyone seen this dop lately?
I got the base from the named Goblin, but no hilt to be found.
Killed the named giant a couple of times but he didn't drop any quest item (only had hammer once and BP once)
Any help appreciated

This drop seems to have changed. I killed tons off Flamespitters after the latest patch but all I got was a totem BASE off Xaon - a named in that area who never had the item before.
So looks like this drops elsewhere now but WHERE? $%*Y#$&

Not sure if this moved or not. I got it before the patch but had killed LOTS of Flamespitters before I ever saw one drop.
Dropped off a Taklasinai Flamesplitter 2 different times today.
