Posted: Apr 15 2003 at 8:05 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) This quest is a whole **** loud of bull woo hoo 20 light souces , out of all the slots for equipment u got ta have a lightsouce idem or use a spell (dead eye) = sk's,nerco's- dance of (fireflys) = ranger's druid's. only oens to really need this are ppl like humans, barbarriens, (maybe) half elfs, but everyone else has natrual light souces

erm.. yaaa.. theres a much easier way to obtain this if your smithing is 15 or higher

Well, Verant is known for giving you very useless items from quests. But, then again, it could lead into a bigger, better, harder quest. It took a long time before people got the right combination for making Diamond Cutters. Try everything is all the advice I have on this.

Try giving the thing to Captain Rohand inside the Mermaid's Lure in South Qeynos

you can give it to the zombie Captain whats-his-name on Wisp Isle. You can hail him, but he only "moans and stares out to sea." Worth a shot.

How much AC does this thing give? 20lbs this thing is like granite imbued spaulders!! I mean seriously this thing should give sv's too... At least like 35 Vs. Cold !!!! Maybe even proc a fire DD. (Or fire DoT the bearer) We're talking portabe furnice here... Does it attract bug..

perhaps it attracts boats to docks, as the name indicates
Or tells you when the boat is docking. The boats are on a steady course, I doubt they would turn around to pich you up with others on board.

That is absolutely hillarious....can'tstoplaughing....owe..sides hurt...It would be could for a human warrior if it could fit in the of hand when you were holding a 2-h beat stick.(Probally wouldn't fit)

Did anyone ever think about giving one of these to a boat captian to see what would happen? Who knows, maybe it's a whole other quest.......
