Has anyone tried handing the vial back to Kiliki or Hunter Gitog?
Also, was there any text that might have led into what the blood is for after doing the turnin to get the blood?

recieved this last night, tried to kill myself to save it on corpse and it poofed, didnt even get to use it once.
uhh guys u know u can die in the arena and leave it on ur corpse and it will stay there till u loot or corpse rots?....so u can pick it up when u log on and keep it forever

I use to do this with the No Rent BackPacks.. Very nice trick, and people love to duel ya if they just have to killy you, hehe

The fact that it is no rent makes you suspect that this will likely end up being used in some other quest or tradeskill, etc. Just because it is no rent doesn't make it useless. :)
bah i doubt it may but /shrug anything is possible....
