I cant find how to get this. I see it says from Lathin Firetree, but what is the trigger phrase or turnin needed? I dont really care what its for. This seems to be a great way to max my pottery without spending a dime.

Its part of the loyalist shield of honor quest. It would take you like an hour to get to the point where he gives you the sketch since you have to use a part that you are given earlier in the quest hail sequence. Not a good skill up method =P
