Dropped off of A Burynai Excavator.
I have spent countless hours trying to get Words of Tyranny of Gorge Hounds in Ek but no luck...I think this sucks . I am trying to research as a mage for some spells and it is hard enough without spending useless hours searching for something that doesn't exist. I will end up spending my well-earned plat in the bazaar I guess for this item.
I have had Words of the Spoken, Tyranny, Dominion, Refuge, Disillusionment and Discerning drop from Centaurs and Aviaks in SK.
dropped by burynai's in Kurns Tower as well.

I had 3 of these drop in one trip through the warens (zone off of paineel) i belive one was on a greater shaman the other two for sure where on meschevious batling in the secret tunnel north end of zone (tiny bat humanoids)
