Went here last night and killed him in the castle. We killed the fire giants in the building and came out and he was spawned in a new spot. Dropped this belt both times. I think he is a random spawn and is always up becuase I raided here again 2 days later and he was up again. Drop belt again. Must be his common drop.

He wasn't roaming when we killed him, he was standing near the pendulum trap and dropped the belt for us.
Sence when has goblin hair ever been good for antyhing other then covering the ugliest parts of goblins, what kinda hair from a goblin makes you smarter.

Hi,
We had just finished killing a few fire giants ( new models look cool ) and were considering leaving when Xaon started beating on my head. He seemed to be a wandering MoB becuase we were not near any spawn points to my knowledge. We were sitting on a little bridge like area above the giants when he appeared. Being the only caster in our party I got this and I thank all that helped.
