I checked Jolum (in the Bazaar) today and he now sells it. It cost me 340pp with 130 Charisma.
As a Gnome Magician with a 66 CHArisma, Jolum now charges 5p 9s 4c for the Spell: Summon Wooden Bracelet. Much easier on the pocket!

Have you guys tried jolum the little gnome in the red robe in the bazaar? He sells the rest of the summoned stuff and someone said he had these new spells.

I have checked every merchant I can find, and to no avail. I did however run into a Gnome Magician in Plane of Knowledge who wasn't listed in any NPC list I could find. Hi name is Nayr Cogswin, and he has a quest for you. The reward from this quest is a spell that makes Steel Bracelets. I think that is the top new bracelet from the new spellset, is it not? I would have to guess that these new affliction bracelet spells are the rewards from quests from around Norrath. I have checked various other 'caster looking' npcs, but I have not found any with quests for wooden stone or iron bracelets yet. Well. That's my 2 coppers worth of my results so far. Good luck!
I have look at every imaginable vendor that sells mage spells and cannot find this spell. Where are these spells?????

I hate to tell you guys. But this line of spells is etheral and spectral parchment turnin. Sorry I really hate sony for this one.
So you honestly think you get a level 20 spell, from a rare to unusual drop in the planes of power that you need to be atleast 46th level to enter. No, these are not turned in that way, the last one the 61st level on probably is, but not the first 2.

Why would a L20 spell be an ethereal or spectral parchment turnin? Someone is yanking your chain.
