Same stats as the Ogre and Barbarian Warriors newb armor (for that matter, same as the Barbarian Shaman Armor since Sony goofed and gave them the Warrior armor instead of the Shaman Armor). I'm pleased with it. Very nice for the newbie. Unfortunately, the Troll version is much harder to get than the Ogre version. The Ogres can complete theirs by 3rd lvl since most of the items drop off the Lizardman Broodlings and Forest Spiderlings. And all their items are dropable, so they can be bought at the vendors.
