Was in PoJ last night and 2 of these dropped within 2 hrs of camping on the 2nd level. Probably the luck of the draw. Have not seen them that often. Rcvd 71pp from vendor without any buffs on.
This ring is not what I'd call Common drop. In the 5 days that I grouped in PoJ, I saw it drop only twice. About as rare as getting a blue diamond to drop off an SoJ.

I am a Rogue and I just picked pocketed one of these rings and a blue Diamond for the same mob. How lucky is that?
on my druid (51) i soloed a SoJ and got a Blue Diamond 1st kill i know its still rare but it was only 1 kill
I've gotten this of an SoJ in the PoJ. I imagine that this would be used in a quest since it is not usable by any race or class. I have found nothing on this yet.
Seeing how some other items in the Tier 1 Planes are used in quests originating in the Plane of Tranquility, perhaps this is also used in a PoTran quest. Any thoughts?

This ring is not for quest... its basically merch food.
Sold mine for 70p or so with indif faction and 130+ CHA
