As 59 ranger, I've been wearing good ol' Hardened Gray Flesh Sleeves for many levels now, hoping for a decent drop or baz item to show up worth swapping em out for. I was actually digging through droppable ranger arms tonight via the search feature here, when I saw these babies. "Pshaw", I said, "They're so rare, I'll never see em unless I camp Droga with buddies for nights on end."
Just before heading to bed, I took a last look at ranger arms gear. *DING* There they were - for only 5k!
Pros: + 4 AGI, +20 HP, +35 Mana, +10 Fire, +5 Cold
Cons: -6 DEX
I picked em up, and immediately put my HGFS up for sale. A worthy replacement indeed.

They are ubber rare.
None in Ten kills so far, only rings.

Have gotten the arms about 3x in ten kills, when I camp this guy. Ring is common. Arms sell quickly for 9k on TM. Usually the only ones for sale, and are definitely an upgrade over the gray flesh sleeves.

The saves on this are nice, 16 ac and 45 hp / mana to boot. My Ranger would charish these... now how to find em :P
