Supposedly, 10k on Ayonae Ro. I won the roll on it after exploring the dungeon for a little under 4 hours. I'm not sure on the rarity, but assuming that this item is indeed 10k, I'm shooting for the Rare tag.

It turns out that price is not that great a teller on the upper end Droga loot. In fact, I paid for all 5 of my 65 spells with Earth Seer Gamolk's common drop -- which is worth at least twice as much as his rare drop on Karana. Similarly, King Dronan's common, the well-documented Copper Hammer, is far more desirable than his rare, which isn't even 1:1. The high end guys (pretty much anyone west of the gate) drop great gear, common or rare.
