Man it sure seems like with all the people saying that they're getting one I might have a chance after all. I'm lvl 43 and still looking for an upgrade on my back slot from a bronze cloak! Lol yeah I've still got bronze crap on me at lvl 43. It's my main so its all good I guess. Anyway this is just the cloak I've been looking for, if I can just find this little sucker...

My group killed the Guano Harvester and got the cloak last night March 25, 2001. So who ever told you it was not droping any more was way off.
