Just to answer sifudank... No, the proc on this does not heal anyone. It does 50 damage and has a 0.00 second stun (for interrupting spells), just like the Lucy info says. It's a nice proc; the damage isn't that high but interrupting spells is useful and the fact that it's a -30 poison resist makes it very rarely resisted. Got the weapon yesterday and it's proced several dozen times for me on mobs up to yellow and has never been even partially resisted.
Only complaint about this weap I have so far is the graphic... it looks like a Velium Dagger (rusty dagger graphic but frosty white). On my ogre it's so small that it looks like I'm holding a toothpick.

[Black][/Black] Is it just me or everytime this thing procs it heals me for 31 points of damage. Ive been knoticeing this for a while now and im level 53 it always procs for 31 points of damage and stuns them(if the target is stunable) and then heals me for 31 points of damage..... Im just trying to confirm this if anybody know plz let me know. I use this in secondary and Legendary dagger of might in primary... none of the procs say heal so thought i would check it out with the other rogues outthere.....

I bought one one these cheap on Kane Bayle (2400plat, 1 lvl 39 necro summon spell and a shrunken skull earring that i threw in for free) and wow is it cool. I testeg it out on a newbie character i made and the proc works at lvl... 1

I bought this dagger and a good belt with +5 sta and +55hp and about 12 AC on it, all for 900pp, you fot ripped lol

just got this last night. the proc rate is on par with a frosty in the off hand. the aggro is GREAT! while the mob may be "immune" to the the stun portion of this effect, it a) generates the kind of aggro that turns mobs off epic monks and rogues, and b) interrupts spell casts *cough* gate *cough* CH *cought*

The effect really doesn't draw all that agro but at the level you can get it most of the mobs will be immune to its stun portion.

Well, damage/delay is nice.. and so is backstab mod... but the proc has a stun on it. Ouch. Honestly this should have BS mod dropped and just make it a tank weapon.
why drop the bs mod? just because it has it doesnt make it rogue only, just give it to a tank with the mod
