where does he spawn exactly and whats his ph
I go to hate alot this guy is the eaziest named to pull and keep Ph dead. Spawns in here are around 30min timer their is a room (or house if u want to call it that) right next to his that is totaly clear of spawns and a great camp. As for the drop rate I have killed him aroudn 5 times 4 necklaces and 1 staff. Lucky little bst got the legs form the spy master, this staff, and this guys common necklace drop in one 3 hour trip (single exp groups).

I've been all over looking for an empty house to figure out where this guy pops but i can't find it, I've seen like 3 that only have one spawn. Do you have a loc to him or the spymaster?
Shouldnt it have an AC component since a tonfa, while you can use it to stike an opponent is mainly defensive? ohh wait....thats logic. clearly not how sony operates.

IF it does you wouldn't have to worry bout your computer freezing cause it would never compile in the first place. It's been a few years since I last programmed so this could just be babble.
