Last post is wrong...he does NOT spawn in the kitchen...when you jump out of Shopkeeper area, go past Remains (east) and next building is where Crusader PH is. PH is A Duke.

you sure he spawn in the kitchen? What side of the Kitchen? He spawn on the side with Chef or the other side of the fire?
