This is not a "common" drop. Would be nice if it were though . . .

We were killing to the PH for the int caster book for the 3rd gem and had this drop off one of the DE's. I want to say it was a Sage of Hate, but might have been an Agent of Hate instead. Whoever said they were a Level 55 mob was smoking something btw. Sage of Hate is about level 62, Agent of Hate run Level 63. They do hit for 500's, the Sage will try to nuke you like mad, etc. Easily doable with single group.

The day I had this earring, I made a PC on the trade channel to see how much it worst.
Less than 2 minutes after the PC, I had 5 or 6 tells from people who wanted to buy it from me :)
And when you want to sell something you cant find any customer lol ;)
Was on a DE near the Maestro's Cathedral in PoH revamp. Mob pretty weak, non caster, hit around 500 max and few HP. We were pretty surprised seeing that dropped :)

This drops of a level 55 mob that really isn't that hard. Unfortunately, he didn't drop it for us.
At level 65, this will grant you 105+HP and has 1hp/tick regen... think about similar earrings in this range and you're looking at stuff around 10-25k from a LEVEL 55.
