The First Riddle drops off the Halflings in Nektulos Forest at the south camp.The 2nd Riddle of the Troll drops of Fire Drakes in Lavastorm. The Third drops off Willowisps in West Commonlands. Then go into Befallen and look for a guy named Zeek.

Be sure you have all 4 of the Note/Riddles with you.
