Man getting this guy to spawn is a true pain in the rear, I've been camping him for a day now and I've seen prolly 30ish PH's and 1 of this guy and of COURSE he dropped the cloak, I'm trying to get 2 BP's for two of my lower level toons but this camp really SUCKS I just must say, Thank you Time-sink sony!
This mob spawns deep in Veksar. If you can find the Grandmasters ( past the Highborns ) you will be at a long dead end hall with a room on the right ( Slavetrader ) and at the end of this hall a room on the left ( Brother ) - you go in the room on the left where the brother spanws - climb the steps and go to the 2nd floor. There will be a hall with mobs on both sides, you may have to kill 2 at a time to pass through this hall. When you enter the next room at the end of it there will be 2 mobs, one in the left corner and one in the right corner by a small walk ramp that goes nowhere, he spawns by that ramp. Might not be much, but it looks the same as Gothic Plate on my Ikky SK. Bought this for 3k..perhaps the pricing data is off?
my warrior is wood elf and wears this. its a plate look and is a shiny chromeish look in color in the light.

this would be a huge upgrade to the crappy Engaved Royal Velium BP I have now. That 42 AC and the dex would really help me out. As u all prolly kno, woodelves aren't the best race for warrior. Pretty much all the stats I need are very low and how hey where when I was a newb. Even one of my weapons are from when I was lvl 15. Lol.

1. Unless your character happens to be an "Ogre" it makes virtually no difference whichever race you choose, and that difference is but minimal, mind you. (That difference happens to be "No frontal stuns" and in the end, it doesn't matter that much.)
2. What's wrong with wood elf warrior? You're supposed to have fun with your avatar - if you are ashamed of it, then there's a bit of problem with your role-playing concept. I do have a half elven warrior myself, and while I did have a bit of problem tanking in the early days, I don't suffer from it all that much now, especially since the advent of AAs and new drops in expansions. (Heard of LDoN?)
3. This chestplate is a whoop-*** BP - only problem is that it was released much too late. I doubt if Veksar is one of the most hottest zones in the world of Norrath. *Heard of PoP?* Neither is the drop one of the most premier items. You may be able to grab a few ornate stuff from the planes if you spent that time you spent to grab this piece instead. Doesn't quite work out, does it?

No not raid level at all.. took him down with a 65 Bard 59 druid, pretty much any tank healer can kill him, though his spawn point is pretty deep in Veks
Any info on who drops this? (at time of writing it says this item found on creatures). This would be a nice AC upgrade.
