Wicked shoulders for shaman. Buffs stay longer but that's not the best part. Your heal over time is considered a buff, or a huge regeneration and these shoulders allow you to get a couple more rounds of healing on yourself and your raid.

For that reason, these shoulders are awesome and probably cheap in DKPs. You will probably end up upgrading these in the future, but for the introductory raider, these shoulders are amazing.
