Looted off of one of the smaller water moccasin's, not a giant one, in the newbie froglok hunting area next to the froglok town of Gulka in the Mountains of Rathe.

These particular fangs are, well, next to impossible to find.
A) They are NOT easy vendor farmed items. At least on Prexus.
B) I've been hunting Giant Water Moccasins and Water Moccasins and I've found nary a one.
C) If i had to give you a place to hunt, try hunting up around the north west side. I found a moccasin there that dropped the better part of two other Kor items in one shot.
(Giant Eyes, and Pristine Skin)
I'd have to say that, for the quality of item you get, they are rediculously rare drops.
