I have foraged several of these with a skill of 69 in Shadeweaver's Thicket while hunting Lesser Shades there. Have never seen one drop off anything though.

First, does anyone know if you have to have forging skill in order to find these? Because this item is needed when my beastlord is doing this quest. But, Beastlords do not get forging as a skill and this item is no drop and no rent. I know there are a very small number of things that can be forged by all classes. I've never seen these just laying on the ground which brings me to my next question.
Where are these located in the zone?
Any help would be appreaciated. Thanks in advance.
