Got the cloak last night. For a mage below level 25 you will need help. At best, on your own, you will pull the Gnomish robot a Fairy guard or two and a green. (this from the mushroom ring in LFay)You may be able to solo the robot but the adds will take you down on your own. A monk FD pulled a guard, a fairie and the robot to the group by the wall. (we were a group of 4 mid and low 20's)The second guard we killed had the cloak. Hope this helps frustrated solo mages.

I have only hunted Faerie Guards for about 4 hours now & have seen so many of these that i just destroy them. I have seen them drop 10 times consecutively...

Was in Lfay hunting Thistle and ended up killing sime Undead Sprite Guards, the new mobs there. This and the twice-woven silk both dropped off one of them. Green at 42 but they hit in the 50-60's still. Was a 1 time kill, therefore am not sure how rare the drop is still. Also not sure if it still drops off the Faeries.

the twice woven cloak is used in the quest for the robe of the elements in the sol temple. go to joyce and give her a red gob skin, a blue gob skin, this, and a scroll of elemental shielding.. an awesome robe. i've known mages that have had it up till 35 or so.. also has a real cool red and yellow look to it :) might wanna check out the item.. btw it's not nodrop so it's also sellable.. about 500pp last i saw

I hunted the Feaeries for a little while and this dropped about 50%of the time. I shouted for someone to loot the ones that were rotting but no one even knew what this was for. The silk is far more rare.
