Actually the alkabprs propylon of the nexus is held by two ppl on fenin ro and is an artifact.....so they can obviously have more than one on the same server

I beleive, but not certin, that this was the reward for the "Test of the Mystics". Like I said, I am only guessing.

you could still get one but that would be like winning the lottery because there is only one given out per server so ARTIFACT doesn't mean one poof thats it, it means one PER server

now that they have effectivly blocked all avenues to pass on no drop you just plain cant get it:)
