grumpass said it all. I spent all my money on these things and now Kraemdero the Shadow Knight Ogre has become Kraemdero: male stripper for hire =(. They're see through! Transparent! You can see my briefs through these things (yeah! briefs!) Now if they were boxer shorts I might have been able to hold out for my next upgrade.. but unless I'm the only one in the zone I'm gonna stick to my more stylish crusty gear.
Can't wait to sell them. They've got great stats so I'm sure some other sucker will be lured into buying them eventually.
ROFLMAO HARD Jeezzus the picture of you running around in see through as an ogre has me laughing my @ss off.. Thanks for the tears you have brought to my eyes... Oh man that kills me..
These itmes are like white cheetah pattern like something Peg Bundy would wear I colored them but come on ok if there not going to be plate at least I don't want to look like a sissy dwarf in hot pants. They look like someone's first attempt at dying armor , try wearing a full set of dark blue armor and throw these little disco numbers on you and I will have everyone trying to put dollar bills down me dwarven boxer shorts, which have hearts on them by the way. Arrggg I spent all my money buying them I can't even dye them if you see me running around blow me a kiss.
Well after weeks of camping this guy and 10 Bath tokens I wouldn't say these legs are COMMON. At least not on Brell. Been trying to get our cleric these since he needs better AC and nice wis on these for him. Im really starting to hate this guy. Give up the legs so we can move on already - lol.
Seems out of character to me that a Feral Lord (title given to beastlords) would drop pants that are plate class only. You'd think he would drop beastlord pants.
Actually, I doubt the graphic is a mistake at all. Remember the lore behind Veksar. This is an Iksar city, destroyed by a dragon who was a minion of Trakanon. Since it was an Iksar city and Iksar are normally not allowed to wear plate, all of the armor would be chain.
So it makes sense from a gameplay point of view although I do understand plate classes preferring the plate look.
Yes, I have to agree. And since it is when it is, and as they say "hindsight is 20-20" we all know the answer now. What they should have and still should do is change the icon moniker from one that looks like a pair of plate leg protectors to one that would properly indicate the actual chain look that one is getting. But they have always shown a very poor track record in this regard. A few particular historical items have even become legends as many a long time player might recall. Thankful they aren't an attunable item!
