I got one of these in Nadox today, was vendorized for 95pp and change.
One of these just dropped on Brell for me off a Sanctuary Sentinel in Nadox.

Ive found some of these rarely off the bruisers and
such in Nadox ... any idea if they are good for anything besides vendor loot ??

No idea what to do with them yet. On Terris Thule they sell to merchants for about 93pp.

One of these dropped for me off shrine bruisers (after I killed a couple hundred of them). So very rare. Wonder what its for... Given the rarity, must be for something good.

Had one drop for the first time this morning after dropping well over 100 Shrine Bruisers, so it is rare. I am thinking it is a "teaser" item as there is an Unholy Scribings that drops in Dulaks and has stats. Similar to the Torn Cloth Eye Patch and Torn Cloth Eyepatch that drops there. You think you have the Stat item till you look a second time.
