Take the left-hand tunnel in the south of Plane of Disease, kill a bubonian relak - they are the placeholders for Resnak and Rythrak.

You will still need to be flagged to advance further into higher tiers , even if you don't need to be flagged to enter tier 2 zones.

Rythrak has a brother that can also pop in the cave to drop this as well. We killed him Monday night and recieved this. Its for the alternative access to PoTorment.

This is used in the alternate access in PoD, i believe - which sounds like it is going to be a moot point soon, with the implementation of the non-flagging for 2nd tier zones
