From the location recommended in the quest - 5 Flickers of Sea. No lava.
Mage has gone from level 44 to 46 clearing just this fort so far. Going to go try Nadox.

Got 2 in 14 kills..
By no stretch of the imagination is this thing even near anything on the scale as Common or maybe even 'rare'. Helping a lower level Magician get this spell (uhhh, or lack thereof) I have cleared out the Nadox zone line about 5 or maybe 6 times, I lost count. I've come across 4 or 5 more "Flicker of Sea" than we needed...back to farming.
This is far from common. Wouldnt be wrong to say rare.. After the hours I spent in Gunthak killing hundreds of them...Admins, please update :)

Drops off of Luggald Acolytes in the Temple area.

Near the "front door" for the Crypt of Nadox zonein, "a luggald acolyte" can drop this as well.

i have camped these things for days and the zealots drop the flicker of sea often but have yet to see one of the lava flickers
