These sell to vendors for something on the order of 142pp.

Non Lore, Drop every 10 mobs, give or take. Add in the stacks and stacks of runes they drops (2pp+ EACH) and the blocks of acrylia... you do the math.

I was MLing for a small group farming for VT shards after the first MLer filled her bags, and made well over 1k in 20minutes.
