The bottled in Kaladim lore check on it is due to the fact Louie the character its named after is a dwarf warrior. He was the best warrior in the game at the time of Kunark. so the delves named an item after him.
forget this post... i had a brain fart. saw kaladim and thought thurgadin. thought there was special lore behind it

how exactly did a sarnak come by dwarven beer? might be a plot line here.. I doubt it, tho :)

Hmm it only says bottled in kaladim.....that means the dorfs and sarnak are working together, I knew dorfs were EVIL!!! lol j/k
