This is no where NEAR on par with the Int Caster necklace. How disappointing.

i think you are confused. This isn't on par with the int caster necklace, however it IS on par with the int caster veil. Priest classes get their own necklace that is comparable to the int class neckalce, so in effect you were comparing two things that need not be.
Very nice cloak, I wonder how difficult it will be to obtain?
