This item still drops in Everfrost. Saw a few off the Gigantic Wooly Spiders tonight.
Is Guja still offereing quests in Innothule though? I've looked up a couple of Everfrost drops tonight, all connected to Froglok quests circa 2004 (when they had Grobb). Not seeing any newer posts (so far) on what I have looked into.

Looted one today off a Wooly Mammoth cub... 1st one I've seen drop in hours of farming Mammoth meat for halas pies.
This can also be found on giant wooly spider's in Everfrost.
