I don't think so, cause the Pal, SK, Brd and War Version is a ring for the finger slot.
But this item is for the ear slot. And I think its a very nice earring if i think i can do the Coldain Ring and the Sarnak quest.
A Guid who is capable to kill in ST and get the quest items are most of the time also capable to organize a ring war and get 3 or 4 solid highlvl groups as core.
