Preserved Eye [Right Eye of Torture]  

 

Just spent a few hours in Kurns today farming bone chips. I killed a new (to me) named in the middle, wood faced, stable. It was a skelly named "Crackling Bones" and was not undead (couldn't cast undead nukes on it). It dropped "a preserved eye".

I killed it 4 or 5 times and received the "can't loot duplicate lore items" message each time after the first loot. I never found the left eye though.
