So now people are throwing grimling bones at each other. I am not 100% sure without the pic, but I am quite sure from the given evidence. Hope this clears it up for more than just SwifDaddy :)
It has no damage on it thus it's not a thrown item or ammunition. It's just a ranged slot stat item eg. Goranga Idol.
