Just wondering what it is for. I foraged one the other night in JPF and held on to it just in case it is needed for something down the road. I appreciate any info given.

Seems to be used in the various Druid armour quests from around JP. Perhaps more useful is the Shadowjade Weave which is made from 2 of these and 2 Shadowjade Moss. It trivials at 200+ apparantly and so could be used a slow method of raising tailoring.
