sieve
# Apr 17 2001 at 3:13 AM Rating: Default
Enchanters hitting him with mana sieve style spells work far better then trying to stun him. Enchanters should not attempt to slow him at any level. it is not uncommon for adds to come depending on your break. so make sure you leave yourself some left over for mezz. i try and sieve 2 bubbles worth of my mana not counten mana tap and it works well.
was thinking...i know i shouldnt...

i was thinking as i was reading the posts for the monks...like, seeings how if your a twink and can afford to have one of these from level 1...you can also afford one of those 5k 100% weight reduction bags. get your fung thinger and put it in your bag and walk around with your regular good ac good agil good dex bp on. then if you have to feign or rest, open your neat lil mass expensive bag and trade tunics. kinda an idea i got ala bs weapon swapping. fun.

I have a Fungi covered Great staff and wanted to know if there is any point in going after this one too.
I know my Cloro does not stack with the staff effect.

someone crazy on fenin
# Mar 27 2001 at 5:56 PM Rating: Default
might sound like bs but saw someone sell this for 12k on fenin ro, fool hehe
RE: someone crazy on fenin

When you see something like that, there are two things that may be going on:
1. The person is mininformed or uninformed. Why ***** him by not sending him a tell? Unless you're the purchaser, that is.
2. This person hacked someone else's account, stripped the characters, and is selling stuff cheap and fast so he can log off and avoid getting caught. My guild of many 50+ people has had several accounts hacked into. Might do a little nosing around or just /report him. After all, your characters could be next.
Exact Regeneration!
# Mar 19 2001 at 9:55 AM Rating: Decent
The exact regeneration of this item in 19x5, meaning 19+normal regen, and 5second tick instead of the normal 6 second tick. Also the price has dropped to 40k on Fennin Ro server.
RE: Exact Regeneration!
# Apr 11 2001 at 8:32 AM Rating: Default
I get 5 points regen without it, 20 with it. Standing I get 2 without 17 with.

15 points of addition regeneration of hps.

FYI I'm a wood elf ranger level 54
How does it compare with Iksar BP?
# Mar 13 2001 at 9:22 PM Rating: Default
How does this compare with an Iksar BP in terms of speed of regeneration?

I hear the Iksar BP gives 8hp's per tick... not sure though.

# Jun 08 2001 at 12:25 PM Rating: Default
I have had both the iksar and the fungi, though i never sat down and did the math, to much lag to get accurate counts, but as a shaman i did a lot more fightin and alot less running with sow waiting for regen to heal me, if you have the plat the fungi is very worth the price deference between the iksar and the fungi, if you have the money, get the fungi, but if you do not have the money and you do not want to save up, get the iksar, but for me the iksar was only a little more than my natural regen if i remember right, good luck, and don't let someone over charge you for it either, the price has dropped not sure why but they can be found for 40+ instead of 50+ on druzzil at least good luck

Fungus not Fungi
# Mar 09 2001 at 5:34 AM Rating: Default
I was wondering if any of you have this item, cause I do and im on the druzzil ro server, the reason I ask is that its called fungus covered scale tunic not fungi, maybe mine is different but I do regen 20hp per tick sitting down and 17 standing up. Please leave feed back.
RE: Fungus not Fungi
# Aug 30 2001 at 11:31 AM Rating: Decent
It is Fungus, just got mine yesterday
RE: Fungus not Fungi
# Mar 24 2001 at 1:32 PM Rating: Decent
The description got changed from Fungi to Fungus since Fungi is grammatically wrong or something.

How is procs
# Mar 06 2001 at 4:55 PM Rating: Default
Can is proc the regrowth when worn and it stays on or does the regen go off when you take off the regen? or is it right clickable?
RE: How is procs
# Mar 07 2001 at 8:58 AM Rating: Default
its not a proc, its an effect so as long as you are wearing it you regen.
How much regen does this give? (NT)

RE: How much regen does this give? (NT)
# Mar 07 2001 at 8:57 AM Rating: Default
16hp a tic (every 6 seconds)
umm
# Feb 02 2001 at 10:33 PM Rating: Default
wouldnt a warrior want one of these? i know my iksar warrior does :)
sure its not the greatest ac, but with that huge regen factor (isnt it like 20pts or something insane?) im sure someone who could wear the new berserker or cobalt armor...hell even on an iksar warrior the bit of ac they loose by wearing this then say, a treeweave, the regen would more then make up for it, especially with iksars bonus ac anyway.
#Anonymous, Posted: Feb 28 2001 at 8:52 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I see people all the time complaining about how it takes away the agi and dex.. who give and flucky fu*ck about that! its like 21hp regen and u can really tear things up with this bad boy.. my warrior does not have one yet put if it droped in my group i would be happy to take it... the B{ i have now is Iksar BP with about half as great regen so i would not hesitate to take.
RE: umm
# Mar 12 2001 at 3:43 PM Rating: Default
the -agi is -ac but its not very much unless your one of those stupid dumbass uber ac mongers that would use a straw spun belt over a sash
Nice troll armor

BEST monk item
# Jan 28 2001 at 1:17 AM Rating: Default
I just started a Iksar monk on a new server and a lv 60 friend of mine got this for me.... whoa... for a low level this tunic makes you very POWERFULL!! i take on some red mobs wihtout fear now!!! =P
RE: BEST monk item
# Mar 04 2001 at 12:39 PM Rating: Default
I agree I trade my tranquil staff for this tunic...and then raided for the tranquil staff again =) 29dam 30dly effect: one hundred blows. need less to say I RULE! I am lvl 43
#Anonymous, Posted: Apr 08 2001 at 6:25 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Yeah, I bet most monks who know what they are doing are gonna LOVE the -10 dex and -10 agi. *rolls eyes*
RE: BEST monk item
# Apr 19 2001 at 2:02 AM Rating: Decent
Heh monks who know what they are doing know that -10dex and -10agi wont effect them much. The dex will reduce proc rate and learning of weapon rare a little, agi will lower defense skill rate and AC a little.

the lower proc rate wont effect anything much unless you are using trance sticks, the tunic gives more ac then you lose from the -10 agi
RE: BEST monk item
# Apr 11 2001 at 8:36 AM Rating: Decent
When you are lying down feigning death in hate with half a bar of life while wanderers prowl all around you, I don't think you are going to mind the dex and agi loss.
RE: BEST monk item
# Apr 10 2001 at 1:51 PM Rating: Default
actually, youd be surprised how little effect this loss has when balanced with the massive ac and regen
Shaman?
# Jan 27 2001 at 11:42 PM Rating: Default
Iksar Cerimonial is a little easyer to get, besides monks will get upset if one of these goes to a shaman who can wear stuff with better AC.
#Anonymous, Posted: Feb 02 2001 at 10:38 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) ***** them monks have alot more and better drops, shamans always get the shaft on items.
RE: Shaman?
# Feb 07 2001 at 11:14 PM Rating: Default
Ya what are you talking about this item is godly to a shaman I havnt run oom since I got it. With our regrowth spell we regen at 38hp per tick this tunic is the s%$#
best?
# Jan 17 2001 at 11:45 AM Rating: Default

RE: best?
# Mar 21 2001 at 3:57 PM Rating: Default

It's pretty nice considering you can Cann til your heart's content.. it looks like banded on Iksars, same as every other race.
