the other drop (the one that is NOT no rent) is used in the Light's Glory quest reward is a low level earring...but as usual it is too low to be useful to you by the time you can solo this one:)
Found Senina Jolik - hailed her - said I would assist her - gave the Crate of Supplies - got item - no need it seems to talk to anyone else or travel.

these drop off all the zombies in gunthak (pestilent, maniacal) not just emaciated.

Yeah, they drop from emaciated too. It's where I got mine.
