Planes of PowerGot this off a Tsetsian fly in PoD, since I was being chased by someone elses adds I looted it and ran. Didn't think any more of it till I tried to clear some room in my packs and when I tried to sell it to a merchant they offered 61pp. I held on to it, being the packrat I am, in an attempt to find out what it's for. No one on my server could tell me and there's no more info here. Is anyone privvy to something more about this item? Could you please share? Many thanks.
