actually it does drop, or did...It was in the ring of fire event in Acrylia Caverns, But I believe they removed that event from the game. and you need to be at least 60+ with a lot of people to be able to do the event.

This still drops on the Al'Kabor server. It drops off of the 5th round end boss in the Ring of Fire, the Possessed Warmaster.

ok Miir, let me get this straight, you dont understand the connections between the two items because they arent physically the same? To me, YES, it is LIKE the fbss for casters. The connection is that the fbss has no other real stats besides Haste, and this has no other real stats besides the FT.
Stop flaming people because of a lack of imagination. play the game a little, dont let it play you !
