The skill is much higher for this. also made with SkyIron which is pricier than ordinary metal.
This is trivial at about 185 where banded is trivial about 135

actually just a bit of fyi, many banded peices triv at 175, and the cloak is 180. so this is still higher, by a little bit, than banded, but the major price offset is the metal, and the fact that this stuff is 1ac higher on all peices and significantly lighter for our scaly brothers with a naturally lower str than many other traditional war types (not to mention the poor fellows can't wear any but the high lvl magic plate armour, such as beserker (sp.), etc...)
This seems to be the Iksar version of banded, but better AC. Would this not be 1pp per AC like banded? Or is the skill required to make this higher than banded, hence the price?

The required skill is a lot higher than for banded, the various parts trivial between 182-202!
All parts are 1AC higher than banded and lighter, and it looks a lot better!
