Elemental sets vary Fyrewalker. Wind armor has more mana less hit points. Earth armor has much more hit points and less mana. I believe Earth armor is 120hp.
Likely a person wont find this or any elemental BP/Robe in Bazar for 6 months or more as the drops are difficult to obtain and quite rare. These BP/Robes will be passed around the guild or listed as 'No Sell' guild items until well into Plane of Time.

do the windessence items have a lvl req/reco and if so what is it? made a warrior and went agnostic oh well lesson learned

If you looked at the picture, it would show you a required level of 46, reccomended level of 63.
Anyone know what componets are needed to craft this item?

According to the stats given on the EQTraders.com website, this breastplate also has +10 Int. Maybe there is some respect after all, Mr. Dangerfield.
