The classes listed are plate melee classes. There's no rogues listed either.
I would have to assume that there is another charm for rangers, rogues, and beastlords. There is a charm for Wis casters maxing their weapon skills, there is a charm for Int casters maxing their weapon skills, and a plate class melee one.
Hopefully Sony didnt forget to make one for the remaining classes, although there are plenty of other charms atm that they can use.

Except for bards, this item is for the meatshields out there that protect your pansy ***** from getting ganked. Stand back and shoot yer arrows while I take the beating why don't ya? Extra DPS is nice against tough mobs at least, I'm sure Sony will eventually work on some more decent stuff for the assists out there.

no not all charms are no drop. i have seen 2 for sale in bazar ( though they suced and the people where asking 300k for them)

Why they sell for so much is if you play an account w/o LoY you still have charm slot. So people w/o LoY can buy a charm and use it, instead of buying LoY and going out and looting a nodrop one. Price you pay for not having LoY ;-)

That has nothing to do with it. It has everything to do with people thinking they can get that much for the item because there is more demand than supply.
